For many years, PHOENIX Group Serbia has recognized the importance of supporting young professionals throughout their education.
The Pharmacy Students' Career Orientation Program represents an important form of collaboration with the Faculty of Pharmacy, giving students the opportunity to explore the diverse career paths available to pharmacists after graduation, as well as the competencies required for each role. One of the program's greatest strengths is the opportunity for students to connect directly with PHOENIX pharmacists, who are available to answer questions, share their professional and personal experiences, and provide expert guidance while mentoring students through the development of their project assignments.
This year, more than 20 students from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Belgrade presented the results of their project assignments at the PHOENIX headquarters. The dedication and enthusiasm demonstrated by these future pharmacists continue to inspire us to invest in programs that support the professional development of young talent.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all of our mentors—Melinda Tanasić, Milena Jovanović Ćirov, Vladan Davidović, Marina Provelegkos, Aleksandra Anđelković, Bojan Rajković, Aleksandra Beljić, Milica Vukajlović, Maja Pavlović Mitić, Jelena Srećković, Vesna Dukić, and Jelena Nešović—for recognizing the value of this initiative and contributing to its success through their dedication and commitment.
