BENU Roadshow – Looking Ahead

Another inspiring BENU Roadshow is behind us, bringing together colleagues from our pharmacies, as well as from the sales, procurement, marketing, and human resources departments. It was a great opportunity to look back together – but even more importantly, to look ahead.
The opening remarks were delivered by the Chairman of the Board, Ivan Banković, who reflected on the successes we achieved together in 2024 and the strategic direction guiding us into 2025. Sales and Procurement engaged us with interesting and informative presentations, outlining the goals and priorities that lie ahead, while the People Strategy team’s panel discussion brought fresh energy, introducing the team, ideas, and initiatives shaping our workplace.
We were especially delighted by the workshop with our pharmacy colleagues, who shared their experience and knowledge, providing valuable suggestions for improving operations and service quality in our pharmacies.
Once again, the Roadshow demonstrated the importance of gathering, exchanging ideas, and inspiring one another.
